Golden Milk has none. Turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon, cardamom, maca, ginger and black pepper are all caffeine free, which is why we suggest it in the evening. The Cacao blend is different: cacao contains naturally occurring caffeine, along with theobromine, a gentler stimulant.

There is no added sweetener, so it is not a dessert drink — it tastes like turmeric, because there is a real dose of turmeric in it. Sweeten it to taste if you like.

No. Golden Milk has no added sugar or sweetener, so you decide how sweet your cup is. A café turmeric latte is usually around 20g of sugar.
