None. Turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon, maca, ginger, black pepper and allulose are all caffeine free, which is why we suggest it in the evening. The Cacao blend contains a small amount of theobromine from raw cacao — a much gentler stimulant than caffeine, and most people still drink it late without trouble.
Warm and peppery first, then sweet. Ginger and black pepper carry it, Ceylon cinnamon does the sweetening, and a little allulose stops it turning bitter. It is not a dessert drink — it tastes like turmeric, because there is a real dose of turmeric in it.
0.12g of sugars per serve, from 0.35g of allulose. A café turmeric latte is usually around 20g. Allulose is a rare sugar the body barely metabolises, so it sweetens at effectively no glycemic cost.
The blend is certified organic. There are no natural or artificial flavourings, no anti-caking agents, no gums, no maltodextrin and no filler powders sold as fibre. Six ingredients, all named on the pouch with the amount in each teaspoon.
Either, but night is what we built it for. It is caffeine free, it settles the stomach, and it is easier to hold a habit at a fixed point in the evening than to slot one into a busy morning. With turmeric, consistency is the thing that matters.
One level teaspoon to 250ml. Oat is our favourite for body, almond is lighter, dairy is the traditional version and full-fat milk carries the curcumin well. Heat it until it moves, not until it boils.
Yes to both, though it disperses better in something warm. In a cold drink, blend or shake it rather than stirring. In a smoothie it disappears into banana and cacao completely.
Thirty-five serves — about a month at one cup a day, which is why the subscription runs monthly. Reseal it after each use and keep it somewhere dry and out of the light; it holds for twelve months unopened.
One pouch a month at 15% off, with free shipping on every delivery. Nothing is locked in — you manage it yourself from your account, and you can move the date, swap the flavour, skip a month or cancel outright without emailing anyone.
Yes, any number of times. We email three days before each charge, so if you are still working through last month's pouch you can push it back or skip it entirely from that email.
Any month, at no cost. Plenty of people alternate — Golden Milk through the week, Cacao at the weekend.
Account, then Manage subscription, then cancel. It takes one click, it takes effect immediately, and we do not ask you to phone or reply to a retention email first.
The blend contains no dairy, gluten, nuts, soy or egg, and it is vegan. It is blended by hand in a small space that also handles other dry botanical ingredients — the full statement is printed on the pouch.
Culinary amounts of these ingredients are widely used in cooking, but turmeric, ginger and maca in daily concentrated form are worth raising with your doctor or midwife first. The same applies if you take blood thinners or are preparing for surgery. This is a food, not a medicine, and we would rather you asked.
Orders before midday Adelaide time go out the same day, tracked. Two to five business days to most Australian metro addresses, a little longer regionally. Full rates and estimates are on the shipping page.
Thirty days from delivery, opened pouch and all, and we refund it. You do not need to post anything back. The returns page sets out exactly what that covers.
