Why Sol exists

It started in a supermarket aisle in Adelaide, turning a turmeric latte mix over in our hands and reading the back. Sugar listed second. Then "natural flavours." Then something called maltodextrin. The front of the pouch said wellness. The back said something else entirely.

Sol is what we made instead. A small family operation, working from family recipes we've been making at home for years, blended by hand in South Australia, and built around a rule we don't break: every ingredient we can possibly source from Australian growers, we do — and we choose the ones farming the best, not the cheapest. No fillers. No hidden sweeteners. Nothing on the back of the pouch that wasn't on the front.
