Refund policy
Overview
At Sol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as outlined below.
Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Perishable goods, opened or partially consumed products, and items marked as final sale may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at admin@solsuperfoods.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at admin@solsuperfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
