Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Sol currently ships within Australia only. We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $9.95 AUD applies to all orders under $50.00 AUD.

Free Shipping: Orders of $50.00 AUD or more qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions, particularly for remote or regional areas.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at admin@solsuperfoods.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Sol is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand to international delivery in the future. Please check back for updates.
